Terms and Conditions (SaaS Subscriptions)

1) About these terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of our software-as-a-service product (the “Service”) and our website. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2) Merchant of Record and who you purchase from

Subscriptions to the Service are sold by a Merchant of Record (“MoR”). When you purchase a subscription:

• your purchase contract for payment is with the MoR, and
• the MoR is responsible for processing payments, issuing invoices/receipts, and handling cancellations and refunds.

The Supplier provides and licenses access to the Service under these Terms.

3) Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and
• all activity conducted through your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated.

4) The Service and plans

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Plan features, limits, and prices are shown on our pricing page or at checkout and may vary by plan.

We may update the Service from time to time to improve performance, security, and functionality.

5) Onboarding support

Your subscription provides access to the Service on a self-serve SaaS basis. It does not include any ongoing managed, consulting, or done-for-you services. We may offer optional onboarding assistance limited to initial configuration guidance and product training on how to use the Service effectively. Any onboarding is instructional only.

6) Billing, renewal, and cancellation

6.1 Billing and payment processing

All subscription charges are processed by the MoR. We do not store full payment card details. We may receive limited subscription and transaction information from the MoR (such as subscription status and transaction references) to provide access and support.

6.2 Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at purchase (e.g., monthly or annually) unless cancelled.

6.3 How to cancel

To cancel renewal, you must cancel through the MoR’s customer portal or support channel provided on your receipt/invoice or purchase confirmation.

7) Refunds

Refunds and cancellation rights are described in the Refund Policy below.

8) Immediate access to the Service

Access to the Service is provided digitally and typically begins shortly after purchase. By purchasing a subscription, you request that access begins promptly.

9) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access or attempt to access systems, accounts, or data you are not authorised to access,
• interfere with or disrupt the Service,
• introduce malicious code,
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law,
• resell or provide access to the Service to third parties unless your plan explicitly allows it.

10) Intellectual property and licence

The Service, software, and related materials are owned by the Supplier or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your own internal purposes (or your organisation’s internal purposes) in accordance with your plan.

11) Support

For product support (how the Service works, onboarding, troubleshooting), contact support@quotestack.co. For billing support, invoices, cancellations, and refunds, contact the MoR using the link or instructions provided in your purchase confirmation or receipt.

12) Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or any liability that cannot be limited by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• the Supplier is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and
  
• the Supplier’s total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount

you paid for the Service in the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

13) Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.

15) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the effective date.
